Compensation Range: $95k - $105k Per Year

Position Summary The Product Designer will play an important role in shaping and expanding TNG software and brands. You will work with Product Managers, Developers, Engineers and Business Leads to turn loose requirements into beautifully designed software. You will prepare mock-ups and interactive prototypes, and work with development to ensure the product looks as expected. This is a full-time position that sits within the product team.
Core Duties and Responsibilities Work with a small team to design and build software applications to function across multiple platforms.
Translate ideas and requirements into engaging and beautiful user experiences, owning iterative wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes.
Create a cohesive and consistent product experience, defining design framework and patterns.
Solve any design or usability issues that arise and anticipate potential future problems so they can be resolved before they impact users.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect execution across all project deliverables.
Work with Marketing to ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines.
Provide ad hoc support to marketing team.
Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in software design, visual design, or interaction design.
Expert knowledge of modern design tools (Adobe, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Moqups).
Understand an Agile environment and how to plan for iterative design implementation.
Works well in highly collaborative environments.
Excellent, flexible, time management with skilled independent organization.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, superb critical listening skills.
Knowledge of HTML5 is considered an asset.
Bonus: front-end experience.
