ACCIONA is seeking a proficient BIM Coordinator to enhance the digital execution of pivotal infrastructure projects. Your expertise will drive the development and coordination of BIM processes during design and construction phases. Ideal candidates will possess strong BIM skills and experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly in transportation or infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the BIM Execution Plan, guidelines, and protocols
• Ensure design compliance with BIM, CAD, GIS, and management standards
• Coordinate communication between design consultants
• Oversee workflows within the Common Data Environment
• Monitor BIM deliverables across subcontractors
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on large construction projects
• Proficiency in BIM tools like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
