Kirkor Intermediate Designer Position

We seek an Interior Designer/Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience to help shape Kirkor’s interior aesthetic. You will play a crucial role in implementing design concepts while mentoring emerging team members. This is a path toward a leadership position focused on internal architecture growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and sessions with clients and stakeholders

• Conduct programming and layout for effective space utilization

• Ensure timely and respectful client communications

• Produce aesthetically innovative design concepts

• Manage comprehensive design project phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent

• Licensure from ARIDO or OAA required

• 7-10 years in professional design practice

• Proficiency in Auto Desk REVIT and Blue Beam

• Exceptional presentation and collaboration skills
