PSI is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Industrial Designer in Markham. You will develop production-ready designs while balancing aesthetics, manufacturability, and brand fit. This role focuses on hands-on execution, including 3D CAD development, prototyping, and aligning with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead form exploration and create 3D CAD models

• Develop product forms aligned with brand design languages

• Collaborate with engineering teams for manufacturing handoff

• Communicate with overseas partners for production support

• Conduct market visits to identify trends

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Design or related field

• 5+ years of industrial design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing product designs

• Proficiency in CAD and design software

• Familiarity with AI design tools is an asset
