In this role, you will work closely with product management and engineering teams to create innovative designs that align with brand direction. You are expected to execute design tasks from initial concept to prototype, ensuring all products are manufacturable and user-friendly. Your design expertise will play a crucial role in our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive early-stage concept development and CAD design

• Create user-centric product forms with distinct aesthetics

• Coordinate for impactful manufacturing handoff

• Communicate with global partners for production clarity

• Analyze market trends and identify design opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Design or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong CAD design skills and a compelling portfolio

• Understanding of plastics and manufacturing

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous
