As the Chief/Medical Director, you will report to the Chief of Staff, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight. You will be pivotal in enhancing departmental culture and physician engagement, contributing to research and innovation at Oak Valley Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership within a collaborative model

• Support recruitment and development of medical staff

Requirements:

• Independent licensing eligibility with CPSO FRCSC Certification
