Children’s Ministry Pastor (Full-Time)

Toronto Christian Community Church (TCCC) is a multilingual (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) church in Markham, Ontario, Canada, celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2025. A member of ACEM, TCCC serves through holistic ministries at 100 Acadia Ave. and the 105 Gibson Centre.

We are seeking a Children’s Ministry Pastor to provide vision, leadership, and pastoral care for children from newborn to Grade
8. This role oversees Sunday School, children’s fellowship, seasonal day camps, and mission initiatives, fostering the growth of missional disciples of Jesus Christ.

• Lead and develop the children’s ministry team of teachers, helpers, and volunteers.
• Oversee Sunday School, Awana, fellowships, and annual children’s events (e.g., day camps, Family Fun Fair).
• Teach and implement age-appropriate curriculum and programs.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and families, equipping them for spiritual growth.
• Collaborate with pastoral staff and other ministries to support the overall vision of TCCC.
• Ensure safe, welcoming, and effective ministry operations.

• A devoted follower of Jesus Christ with a passion for children’s ministry.
• Relevant ministry experience in a church context.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and relational skills.
