Purpose:
The Career Peer Educator Lead is responsible for providing and promoting career peer support and services and acts as a lead hand to the Career Peer Educators.
Education:
Must be enrolled as a York student.
Experience:
Previous experience working as a Career Peer Educator, or in a similar role in a post-secondary environment is an asset.

-Ability to build rapport and apply active listening and coaching skills.
- Ability to provide insight and suggestions to support individuals in making informed decisions.
- Ability to provide instruction and support others in developing knowledge or skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to understand and relate to others.
- Ability to lead and motivate others towards learning new knowledge.
- Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
- Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and ongoing support to others.
