Employer: Rouge National Urban Park – Parks Canada

Location: Candidates must live in the Greater Toronto Area, and be able to get to our Toronto office or in‑park (Markham). No staff housing is available at this time.

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work protecting and presenting Canada’s natural wonders? Are you someone who loves to interact with people and the land?

The Rouge National Urban Park in the Toronto/Markham area is looking for energetic and enthusiastic students (full or part‑time in any recognized program post high‑school) or youth under 30 years old to support our summer 2026 operations.

As long as you are between the ages of 18-30 and legally permitted to work in Canada, you are welcome to apply.

The salary range for our jobs is currently $20.95 - $25.17 an hour.

Please note: the number of student/youth hires for 2026 has not been finalised.

Our job opportunities include work in visitor experience, camping, ecological conservation, on‑the‑land learning, and more! We have a number of full‑time (37.5 or 40 hours/week) positions from early May to August 2026.
Please note: these jobs require 100% of time in office, in park or at partner events, and no staff housing is available.
