Insurance Training Consultant at CCG

Lead the charge in insurance education with CCG as an Insurance Trainer in Thornhill. We need a knowledgeable and dynamic trainer to expand our members' expertise.

As part of Canada's largest automobile association, you will bring your training experience to life by creating impactful learning experiences in the insurance sector. With a minimum of five years in insurance roles and expertise in adult training methodologies, you will present topics in innovative formats, enhancing knowledge retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with insurance partners to shape training materials

• Present engaging sessions to groups with varied learning styles

• Stay knowledgeable on current industry trends

• Use Articulate Storyline and Camtasia for program creation

• Monitor training success for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with adult education focus

• At least 5 years in insurance and training roles

• Proven communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficiency with training software tools

• French language skills are a plus
