This part-time (0.5 FTE) role focuses on delivering essential support services while working closely with the principal and educational staff. You will supervise educational assistants and actively contribute to a positive educational environment. Your qualifications and commitment to inclusive practices will directly impact student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all functions of the LSS department
• Consult with staff to deliver tailored support
• Supervise and develop educational assistant teams
• Report to the campus principal for alignment
• Drive inclusive educational practices in the school
Requirements:
• Must hold a BC teaching certificate
• At least 2 years of teaching experience required
• Experience in inclusive education preferred
• Understanding of Universal Design for Learning
• Authorized to work and teach in BC
