Part-Time Education Coordinator Wanted

Oxford Learning Unionville is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Coordinator to help students find their way to a better school future.

We are passionate about helping kids realize their dreams and overcome school challenges.

This role is in-person, requires commuting to the location, no relocation package, and vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

• Set up and administer assessments
• Establish and oversee student learning programs
• Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained throughout the center
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss student progress
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily
• Master Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching team members
• Liaise with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
• Inform parents about Oxford Learning programs

• Minimum university degree (credits in Education, Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Science preferred)
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills or good knowledge of high school science (asset)
• Additional language(s) spoken (asset)

• Work in an educational environment dealing with medium to large student bodies
• Experience in customer service and strong phone skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)

Part‑time

$20 - $23 per hour

• Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 8:30pm
• Saturday from 8:30am to 2pm
