We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English Language and English Literature, with the ability to engage students of various ages and backgrounds. • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Incorporate technology and Microsoft Office tools to enhance instructional delivery.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in career development activities.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, motivation, and effective communication skills among students.
• Work with children and young learners, including early childhood education settings when applicable.

• Proficiency in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus.
• Prior classroom experience teaching English or tutoring students in language arts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for lesson planning and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple classes or sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and learning needs.
• Certification or degree in Education, TESOL, TEFL, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory for all positions.

$25.00-$30.00 per hour
