Lifesaving Instructor Examiner Position

Become an Instructor Examiner for Lifesaving at the YMCA in Markham, Ontario. This part-time role involves teaching and assessing lifesaving courses while promoting safe practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess course participants in Lifesaving

• Design lessons that cater to different educational needs

• Uphold safety protocols during all aquatic activities

• Collaborate with colleagues and volunteers to foster growth

• Engage in various organizational meetings and events

Requirements:

• Active certifications in National Lifeguard and CPR

• Experience teaching Lifesaving courses preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends
