Instructional Designer in Hybrid Healthcare Team

As an Instructional Designer, you’ll engage in designing and developing courseware in collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders. Focus on delivering quality learning materials that enhance knowledge transfer while managing project timelines and communications. Your creativity and expertise in instructional design will support the mission of SE Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging learning experiences across multiple formats

• Define learning objectives and develop assessment strategies

• Produce multimedia learning materials using advanced tools

• Ensure collaboration between stakeholders and course developers

• Innovate with AI technologies and adaptive learning techniques
Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or Instructional Design required

• Proven experience in eLearning, especially with Articulate 360

• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems essential

• Background in multimedia production including video and graphics

• Project management skills are a plus
