Ideal candidates will possess over 10 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry and a commitment to training excellence. Your skills in quality control and industry tools will enhance course delivery and student success. Collaborate with a dynamic team to continuously improve training offerings and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct IPC Certification and specialized electronics courses
• Travel to various EPTAC locations or client sites
• Develop effective new training materials and improve existing courses
• Foster strong relationships within and outside the organization
• Keep abreast of current technologies and instructional methods
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in electronics manufacturing
• IPC Certification required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Practical approach to hands-on demonstrations
