Aviation Training Development Manager Montreal

Lead the future of aviation training with a global leader in Montreal, Québec. In this position, you will create and implement a comprehensive training strategy focused on employee performance and engagement.
As the Aviation Technical Training and Development Manager, you will identify training needs and design impactful programs.

Your role encompasses onboarding, technical training, and utilizing various learning methods such as virtual and in-person sessions. Collaborating with a team of instructors, you will ensure continuous development and stay updated with industry trends while measuring training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs through analysis and collaboration

• Design training plans tailored for individuals and teams

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in person and online

• Evaluate training impact using data and feedback

• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS)
Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in Training & Development management role

• Experience in aviation or technical operations environments

• Proven success in designing training programs

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in French and English
