The internship, available from August 31, 2026, through March 31, 2027, invites candidates interested in curatorial work and community engagement. You will participate in all aspects of exhibition design, research, and outreach initiatives. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills are essential as you navigate responsibilities in a lively museum environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and track project planning and budgeting
• Assist in updating project management tools and bid documents
• Engage with the community through outreach activities
• Support logistical arrangements for exhibitions
• Maintain exhibition quality and standards on site
Requirements:
• Post-secondary qualification in a related field
• Interest in museum work as a career path
• Demonstrated communication and research abilities
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work outside
• Knowledge of MS Office and collections management software
