We’re seeking a creative and energetic individual to lead after school art workshops. This position is perfect for someone with a background in Art Education or Fine Arts and who enjoys working with children. Previous teaching experience in a workshop or classroom environment is highly valued, along with a portfolio of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hands-on art lessons for children

• Teach techniques across various mediums like sketching

• Maintain a nurturing and relaxed classroom atmosphere

• Set up and clean up workshop materials promptly

• Create a safe and welcoming space for all participants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Art Education, Fine Arts, or related field

• Comfortable working in North York and Markham

• Experience teaching art to young learners

• Strong skills in communication and classroom management

• Dependable transportation to workshop sites
