This role is mission-critical to delivering high-quality admissions support and requires you to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary Pod team. You will manage application processing, uphold the accuracy of records in Salesforce, and adjust strategies to meet regional requirements. Your expertise will guide candidates through the admissions lifecycle effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing of applications for each location
• Maintain accurate records and document identification
• Engage directly with applicants throughout the admissions cycle
• Handle specific requirements for the Waterloo program
• Collaborate with various internal teams for efficiency
Requirements:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in admissions or relevant customer service roles preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confidence in virtual communications with applicants
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
