As the Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions, you will be responsible for promoting the school globally, developing recruitment strategies, and managing all aspects of the admissions process. Your leadership will ensure that the school meets its enrollment targets through innovative marketing initiatives and strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with educational partners globally
• Organize and oversee admissions-related events and campaigns
• Implement and manage a comprehensive admissions strategy
• Review applications and make admissions decisions
• Provide reporting on recruitment performance and trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in admissions
• Expertise in Ontario’s educational requirements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in international admissions
