We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for working with stakeholders and SMEs to design and develop learning courseware for the Healthcare industry.
Position Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor‑led, virtual‑led, and blended learning
Develop clear learning objectives, curriculum structures, and assessment strategies aligned to business outcomes
Develop high‑quality learning materials using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, multimedia, video, and visual design tools)
Apply adult learning principles, instructional writing, and visual design standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define requirements, validate content, and manage expectations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Contribute to innovation in learning solutions, including the use of AI, adaptive learning, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to support shared objectives and deliverables
Create course resources and learning assets in our learning management system (LMS) and test form, function and usability
Requirements
Formal education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is required
Experience developing eLearning using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline) is required
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday Learning) is required
Experience with multimedia development (e.g., video, animation, graphic design) is required
Experience with AI‑enabled learning or emerging technologies is preferred
Project management experience and familiarity with tools such as is an asset
Prior Healthcare experience is an asset
Job Type and Location
This is a hybrid role, mainly remote, based out of our Markham head office at 90 Allstate Parkway. Travel to the office may be required as needed.

Compensation
Pay range $54,000 – $68,000 annually, based on experience.
