Position: Montessori Guide (Casa/Toddler) Downtown
Join our team as a Montessori Guide (Casa and/or Toddler) in Downtown Markham, Ontario, focusing on personalized, child-centered education. Offering a competitive salary of $25–$28 an hour plus benefits.

This full-time role is perfect for a certified AMI/MACTE Montessori teacher driven by a passion for the Montessori philosophy. You will create a nurturing environment and tailor lessons to each child's developmental needs. Effective communication with parents and forming respectful relationships with children are essential parts of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe children's needs for tailored development

• Create an organized, engaging learning environment

• Conduct individual and small-group lessons

• Form connections rooted in respect and understanding

• Engage in respectful parent collaborations

Requirements:

• AMI/MACTE Certified Montessori Teacher, RECE/OCT

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education

• Current registration with the College of ECEs

• Certification in CPR and First Aid

• 2-Step TB test and updated vaccinations
