Position: Full-Time Montessori Casa Teacher

We are actively looking for a full-time Montessori Casa Teacher at The Progressive Montessori Academy. This individual will utilize their Montessori training to support the development of young children, creating a nurturing space where exploration and learning thrive. Candidates must exhibit passion for early childhood education and a commitment to lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a nurturing learning environment for young children

• Utilize Montessori methods to engage students effectively

• Support holistic development and encourage independence

• Work collaboratively with fellow educators and parents

• Design and implement curriculum and lesson plans

Requirements:

• Valid AMI or MACTE accredited diploma

• Proven previous Montessori teaching experience

• Strong empathy and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and planning abilities

• Current criminal reference check and immunization records
