Markham Baptist Church is seeking a Senior Pastor to guide the congregation in spiritual formation. This role involves effective preaching, worship service planning, and shepherding both adults and youth. You will lead prayer initiatives and equip members to deepen their understanding of the Bible while delivering care and pastoral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach scripture-based messages during Sunday services

• Lead and plan worship services and special events

• Call the church community to prayer and participate actively

• Equip members by identifying and developing their spiritual gifts

• Provide pastoral care through visitation and counseling

Requirements:

• Master of Divinity degree required

• Experience in Christian ministry and leadership

• Agreement with the church’s articles of faith

• Willingness to seek CBOQ accreditation

• Strong communication skills in pastoral contexts
