Training Development Specialist at Honda

You will work directly with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to comprehensively understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions. Your project management skills will be essential to lead vendor training activities and ensure success measures are defined clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design interactive e-learning, mobile app content, and training materials

• Lead project management tasks with vendor partners

• Consult with internal clients and stakeholders for learning strategy

• Maintain and enhance existing training programs continuously

• Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers for effective solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development or similar

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience required

• Expertise in Articulate Storyline and e-learning development

• Basic skills in Adobe Suite for instructional design

• Strong communication skills and relationship management
