Early Childhood Creative Arts Educator

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Early Childhood Creative Arts & Sensory Educator to join our children’s education team.

Our classroom is more than just a place to create art — it is a space where children explore, experiment, imagine, and discover the world around them.

Through Sensory Play, Messy Art, Creative Arts, Early Thinking Skills, and Life Skills activities
, we provide meaningful hands-on experiences that support children’s creativity, confidence, curiosity, and overall development.

Your Role:

• Design and lead creative art and sensory-based activities for children ages 1–6.
• Create engaging Sensory Play and Messy Art experiences using a variety of materials, textures, colours, and creative tools.
• Encourage children to explore, experiment, and express their ideas through open-ended art activities.
• Develop themed activities inspired by nature, seasons, everyday life, and children’s interests.
• Support children’s early development through creativity, play, and hands-on exploration.
• Create a positive, joyful, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels confident to participate.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Loves working with young children and enjoys seeing the world through their eyes.
• Has a warm, energetic personality and the ability to engage and inspire children.
• Is creative, imaginative, and enjoys designing unique hands-on learning experiences.
• Is patient, observant, and understands the importance of child-led exploration.
• Has experience or education in Early Childhood Education, Art, Child Development, or related fields (an asset).
• Has experience with Sensory Play, Messy Play, children’s art programs, or early learning activities (an asset).

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
