Position: Honda Instructional Design Role
Join Honda Canada as an Instructional Designer focusing on training program development. Create effective e-learning and classroom training materials to boost organizational learning.

This role requires collaboration with Subject Matter Experts across Honda's brands to deliver targeted training solutions. You'll design a variety of educational resources such as videos and job aids, while also managing projects involving vendor partnerships. Connecting closely with internal clients, you'll identify learning needs to ensure high-quality outcomes for training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging e-learning and classroom materials for training

• Manage projects involving vendor collaboration and training

• Consult to assess internal training needs and impacts

• Continuously improve existing training resources and programs

• Partner with instructional designers for coherent training delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in instructional design, preferably automotive

• Minimum 2 years in web-based learning development

• Proficient in Articulate tools for e-learning creation

• Strong project management and communication skills
