Honda Training Development Specialist

Join Honda Canada as a Training Development Specialist to shape impactful learning experiences. Design and implement training across brands like Acura and Power Sports with a focus on e-learning.

In this on-site position, you will develop and manage a range of training materials including mobile app content, videos, and classroom resources. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs and deliver exceptional training programs. Your project management skills will ensure timely and effective training delivery across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative e-learning, mobile content, and videos

• Lead training activities with vendor partners

• Consult with internal teams to identify training gaps

• Maintain and improve existing training courses

• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and pilot tests

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in Learning & Development

• 3-5 years in instructional design, ideally automotive-related

• Experience with web-based and virtual learning design

• Proficiency in Articulate software tools

• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
