Make a difference as a Math and Science Tutor at Oxford Learning Stouffville. This part-time role supports high school students in mastering essential subjects while ensuring a positive learning experience.

Ideal candidates will thrive in an engaging educational setting, working mainly with Grades 9-12. With all lessons pre-planned, your focus will be on delivering effective instruction and motivating students in subjects like Advanced Functions and Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to three students in individual sessions

• Follow Oxford Learning guidelines for lesson delivery

• Fill out post-lesson notes for student tracking

• Cultivate a friendly and motivating environment

• Help students build confidence in math and science

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related certification

• Experience in tutoring math and science subjects

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Capability to manage multiple students efficiently

• Available during evenings and Saturdays
