Lead the Cantonese-speaking adults and families at Logos Baptist Church in Milliken, fostering discipleship and spiritual growth. This pastoral role emphasizes equipping believers through direct engagement, teaching, and community outreach.

As a Cantonese Pastor, you will focus on shepherding the congregation, addressing the unique needs of adults and families.

Your role will involve building relationships through various channels and leading ministries that nurture spiritual formation. Utilizing your pastoral counseling skills, you will help individuals grow as disciples of Jesus Christ in alignment with the church's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the Cantonese congregation

• Build relationships through face-to-face and digital communication

• Oversee ministries supporting spiritual development and community

• Disciple adults and families in their faith journey

• Preach and teach with clarity and cultural relevance

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized theological institution with an MTS or equivalent

• Experience ministering to adults and families in a North American context

• Fluency in Cantonese and English;
Mandarin is a plus

• Strong pastoral counseling and emotional sensitivity skills

• Heart for outreach and compassionate pastoral care
