Specialist in Training Development at Honda

Shape Honda Canada's future learning strategies as a Training Development Specialist. Focus on creating e-learning and training programs tailored to different audiences.

In this impactful role, you will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts throughout Honda, Acura, and Power Sports divisions. Your responsibilities will include not just designing materials but also leading training sessions and managing projects with vendors to ensure a cohesive training experience. Consulting with various stakeholders will be crucial to define success metrics and adapt training accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multimedia training content including videos and e-learning

• Lead project management for training initiatives with partners

• Assess learning requirements through stakeholder engagement

• Update and maintain current training courses and materials

• Work with a team of designers and trainers for ongoing improvements

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Learning & Development or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in instructional design needed

• At least 2 years developing virtual learning materials

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Suite tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
