Position: Pre-Primary Program Educator Role
Shape young minds as a Pre-Primary Educator with the Strait Regional Centre for Education. This role focuses on implementing engaging curriculum and promoting a secure learning setting for children.

The Strait Regional Centre for Education (SRCE) is inviting applications for the Early Childhood Educator role in its Pre-Primary Program. You will work closely with the Lead Educator to develop routines and create an inclusive atmosphere. Your involvement in documenting children's progress and communicating actively with families is essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Lead Educator in program implementation

• Monitor and document individual child development

• Facilitate family engagement in educational activities

• Apply positive behavior guidance strategies

• Foster a welcoming environment for all children

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education

• Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds

• Knowledge of inclusive classroom practices

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Current first-aid certification
