In this vital role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for wind turbine technicians. You will work closely with subject matter experts to meet the needs of EDF's Operations & Maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging training materials and curricula for wind technicians

• Deliver technical training sessions through in-person and virtual platforms

• Certify technicians and ensure adherence to industry standards

• Manage training content on the Learning Management System

• Assess training effectiveness and implement improvements

Requirements:

• 10+ years as a wind turbine technician or engineer

• Fluent in French and English

• Experience in training program design and delivery

• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
