As a Training Development Leader, you'll work collaboratively with insurance stakeholders to design and implement training courses that resonate with various audience levels. Your insight into adult education and the insurance industry will be critical in fostering continuous learning opportunities for our 2.5M+ members. The role also demands proficiency in modern training tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative training programs in consultation with insurance partners

• Present information using varied instructional formats

• Stay informed about current insurance practices and training trends

• Use Articulate Storyline and Camtasia for course development

• Foster participant engagement and knowledge retention

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/diploma, aiming for Adult Education certification

• Minimum 5 years in insurance roles and training experience

• Proven expertise in training development and delivery

• Strong communication, both written and oral

• Analytical skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
