Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize virtual/in-person training sessions

• Manage communication and logistics for learning events

• Prepare and distribute necessary training materials

• Maintain learner records and generate LMS reports

• Support evaluations for learning programs and follow-up tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Instructional Design or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in training support

• Preferred completion of Adult Learning Certificate

• Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
