Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities and Duties:

Partner with HR and department leaders to identify organizational and individual training and development needs.
Develop and maintain learning plans aligned with business priorities and employee development needs.
Design engaging instructor‑led, virtual, and eLearning programs, including workshops, videos, quizzes, simulations, job aids, and other learning resources.
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create practical and engaging training experiences.
Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions for employees across the organization.
Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical or complex information into clear, effective learning content.
Support managers with on‑the‑job training, coaching, and employee development initiatives.
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration, user management, reporting, and learner progress.
Measure training effectiveness using assessments, employee feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Continuously review and improve training programs based on results, feedback, and changing business needs.
Support organizational changes and new initiatives by developing training and resources that help employees successfully adopt new processes.
Stay current on emerging learning technologies, tools, and best practices and recommend opportunities to improve how learning is delivered.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, corporate training, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Experience developing eLearning content and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess training needs and measure learning effectiveness.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities independently.
