The YMCA of Northeastern Ontario is seeking a Norquay Leadership Trainer & Guide for John Island Camp near Spanish, ON. This Summer Contract role combines trainer shifts at the camp with multi-week wilderness guiding responsibilities.
You will plan and deliver leadership sessions, mentor campers, support high school credit requirements, and help prepare equipment and programming for the wilderness outtrip.
