As an Energy Engineer, you will report to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive Energy Management Plan (EMP). Collaborate with Facility Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and various stakeholders to enhance building performance. Your expertise in energy markets and utility structures will guide decision-making and program management at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy audits to identify improvement opportunities

• Lead development and execution of energy-saving projects

• Implement operational efficiency measures across facilities

• Support energy planning and reporting initiatives

• Train staff on energy management best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years in energy management or related field

• Proficient in energy analytics and financial modeling

• Project Management experience with energy retrofits

• Strong communication and organizational skills
