Position: Building Energy Engineer Role Available
Elevate building efficiency as an Energy Engineer tasked with managing energy programs. Utilize your expertise in energy assessments and demand management for impactful outcomes.

In this role, you will support the Director of Energy and Sustainability, managing the Energy Management Plan (EMP) and collaborating with a cross-functional team. Your technical knowledge in energy analytics will be vital for conducting energy audits and developing tailored efficiency solutions. Gain valuable experience across all stages of energy retrofit projects, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify buildings for energy audits and analysis

• Develop scopes for energy efficiency and carbon neutral projects

• Monitor energy performance and propose improvement measures

• Manage contractor relationships and training initiatives

• Facilitate tenant engagement for energy conservation

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Understanding of utility markets and audits

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
