Senior Energy Engineer - Energy Management

Elevate energy efficiency as a Senior Energy Engineer, where you will manage a comprehensive Energy Management Plan. Collaborate with facility teams to optimize energy use and implement innovative efficiency measures.

As a Senior Energy Engineer, you will report to the Director of Energy and Sustainability. This role demands expertise in energy markets, analytics, and demand management. You will oversee energy assessments, drive energy retrofit projects, and ensure operational efficiency in building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify buildings requiring energy audits through benchmark analyses

• Conduct thorough energy analyses of utility and meter data

• Develop scopes of work for energy audits and retro-commissioning

• Direct consultants during audits and recommend retrofit projects

• Challenge energy performance variances with actionable assessments

Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years in energy management and building systems

• Expertise in energy analytics and financial modeling

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
