Energy Management Engineer Position

Join our team as an Energy Management Engineer dedicated to optimizing building energy performance and sustainability strategies. Develop innovative solutions through collaboration.

Reporting to the Director of Energy and Sustainability, this position tasks you with managing a comprehensive Energy Management Plan (EMP). You'll use your technical knowledge in energy markets and building systems to enhance energy efficiency measures and drive retrofitting projects. Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze energy consumption to identify optimization opportunities

• Lead energy audits and feasibility assessments

• Develop strategies for carbon reduction projects

• Oversee implementation of retro-commissioning efforts

• Monitor energy project performance and savings

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• At least 5 years of energy management experience

• CEM or LEED accreditation preferred

• Proficient in Excel and energy analytics software

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
