Position: Advanced PCB Designer Role at Murata Power
Take your PCB design skills to the next level with Murata Power Solutions in Markham, Ontario. This role focuses on the design of advanced multi-layer AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies using Cadence design software.

As a PCB Designer III, you will work collaboratively with a team of engineers to create high-density circuit boards while addressing technical challenges and ensuring quality standards are met. Your 3-5 years of experience in design will help you maintain component libraries, communicate with vendors, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with analog and power electronics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design multilayer printed circuit boards adhering to specifications

• Create and maintain PCB components and libraries

• Work with vendors to rectify technical challenges

• Diagnose and resolve PCB design issues effectively

• Communicate requirements between departments and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• 3-5 years of relevant PCB design experience

• Proficient in Cadence Allegro or equivalent software

• Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes

• Highly organized and detail-focused
