THE ROLE
Join AMD’s Gaming and Hardware Platform Engineering team to lead silicon evaluation, system validation, platform optimization and bring‑up for AMD’s latest discrete graphics and AI server solutions. This role requires leadership and hands‑on lab work through the silicon and system life cycle of the product. You will also collaborate across silicon, firmware, software and platform teams to deliver cutting‑edge discrete graphics solutions.

You are the owner of the graphics platform engineering development from pre‑silicon to production.

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate is a highly driven, resilient leader who brings energy and ownership to complex challenges while inspiring trust and momentum across teams. You are collaborative by nature, able to work seamlessly across disciplines and influence outcomes without relying on formal authority. You are self‑motivated and proactive, taking initiative to move work forward in ambiguous or fast‑moving environments, and demonstrate unwavering persistence in the face of setbacks—viewing obstacles as problems to solve rather than reasons to slow down.

Just as important, this individual is comfortable challenging the status quo, thoughtfully questioning existing approaches and advocating for better solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and results, all while keeping teams aligned and focused on shared goals.
