Position: Contract Administration Role at GHD
Become an Assistant Contract Administrator with GHD, where you can tackle complex challenges in highway and bridge construction across the Greater Toronto Area. Utilize your civil engineering expertise for impactful project administration.

This position is integral to our Construction Phase Services team, where you will assist in comprehensive contract management and liaising with various stakeholders on civil infrastructure projects. You will prepare essential documentation and may need to adjust to seasonal work demands, including extended hours during high-activity periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract administration for civil infrastructure projects

• Daily liaison with project managers and contractors

• Assist in documentation, including Change Orders and meeting minutes

• Support Quality Assurance and specialist coordination efforts

• Engage with clients about upcoming construction initiatives

Requirements:

• OACETT ‘rcca’ or P.Eng. designation mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years’ civil engineering experience required

• Prior experience with large-value contracts essential

• Excellent organizational and communication skills needed

• Ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment
