In your capacity, you will oversee Technicians and Engineers, providing critical technical support across multiple engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, preparing progress reports, and consistently promoting safety practices in the workplace. Your strategic insight will help align departmental and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the engineering work of Technicians and Engineers-in-Training

• Provide multi-disciplinary technical support in mining operations

• Create and uphold standard operational procedures

• Explore and implement productivity improvements

• Manage mine planning and project performance documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Mining Engineering

• 6+ years in mining operations

• Leadership experience of at least 1 year

• Eligible for NAPEG membership

• Strong proficiency in Deswik and Microsoft Office
