In this critical role, you will lead hardware support efforts, engaging with customers and addressing both pre-sales and post-sales queries. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting site issues, performing root cause analyses, and collaborating with diverse teams to develop permanent solutions. Focus on evolving hardware/firmware technologies is pivotal for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 3 technical support on hardware products
• Resolve customer complaints and prepare technical reports
• Lead customer meetings and site visits for troubleshooting
• Conduct tests for issue resolution and workarounds
• Collaborate with teams to drive hardware defect investigations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of experience in electronics hardware
• Willingness to travel globally up to 20%
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple support activities
