Join Murata Technologies as a Quality Engineer specializing in product quality for existing designs. This on-site role includes leading quality activities, risk assessments, and ensuring product integrity.
As a Quality Engineer/Specialist at Murata Technologies, you will drive quality initiatives and participate in product development projects.
Your role will encompass quality risk assessments, product validation, and leading teams in New Product Development (NPD). Collaborate with design teams to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with company QMS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute quality plans for manufacturing
• Analyze warranty data to drive continuous improvement
• Participate in PCN, ECO, and stop-order processes
• Lead FMEA discussions to mitigate failure modes
• Monitor quality KPIs and customer feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering
• Understanding of IATF-16949 automotive standards
• Strong problem-solving skills with quality tools
• Proficient in MS Office and Minitab
Deliver impactful quality insights and lead engineering efforts at Murata Technologies.
