Lead impactful infrastructure projects with Stantec as a Senior Structural Bridge Engineer. This role focuses on managing project teams and designing innovative transportation structures.
As part of the renowned Infrastructure group at Stantec, you will serve as the project manager and structural lead, overseeing the design and construction of bridges, retaining walls, and culverts. Your projects will require collaboration with various disciplines such as electrical and environmental planning, while also ensuring adherence to client specifications. You will mentor junior staff and engage in business development efforts to secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as project manager and designer for engineering assignments
• Analyze design solutions for transportation structures
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents and technical reports
• Direct project teams and provide mentorship regarding project tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience in structural engineering management
• Excellent client coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with CAD and project budgeting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
