Position: Senior Estimator for Design-Build Projects

In this senior role reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will manage estimates for projects valued up to $1 billion. Expect to interpret tender specifications, lead design teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful submissions. Your expertise in estimating software and communication will play a pivotal role in project delivery and team mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret tender drawings for various projects

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analyses

• Prepare bid documents and tender schedules

• Lead meetings and manage tender submissions

• Provide support and evaluations for active projects

Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 7-10 years of experience, including 7+ in estimating

• Proficient in commercial bidding platforms

• Strong skills in communication and analysis

• Valid driver's license required
